INKI's model has two price components: a first-month fee, which is paid when starting the subscription, and a monthly fee, which is paid starting the second month of the subscription.
On a typical 24-month contract, the first-month fee will be paid once, when confirming the order, and the monthly subscription will be paid starting the second month, for a period of 23 months.
At the end of the term, you can choose to:
- Return the device.
- Keep using the device. The monthly fee will need to be paid until the device is returned.
- Have the device replaced with a new one.
Replacing the device at the end of the term is free of charge. You can also choose to return early, which will incur a €90 early cancellation fee.
The subscription includes extended warranty and insurance, so that warranty cases will be handled free of charge, while insured incidents (device damage, loss or theft) will be handled for a fixed fee of €90.
Support services for rented devices can be accessed via email or through our Web App, Slack App, or AI-assisted WhatsApp channel (beta).
The prices displayed on the website correspond to the standard 24‑month contract and do not include VAT.
